Ekem Hove is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in the short-term sector.

His impressive career includes Business Development Officer and Sales and Marketing Executive for Regal Insurance Company and Evolution Insurance Group where he gained extensive Business Development experience in the short-term insurance space. Ekem also brings a wealth of expe¬rience in leadership and strategic planning from Skybridge Reinsurance Brokers where he was the General Manager and Principal officer.

Ekem holds a Master of Commerce degree in Financial Economics, Bcom Degree in Economics and Finance (GZU) and Certificate of Proficiency in Short – term Business (IIZ). He is also an associate of the Insurance Institute of Zambia and Insurance institute of South Africa.
