Ekem Hove is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in the short-term sector. His im¬pressive career includes Business Development Officer and Sales and Marketing Executive for Regal Insurance Company and Evolution Insurance Group where he gained extensive Business Development experience in the short-term insurance space. Ekem also brings a wealth of expe¬rience in leadership and strategic planning from Skybridge Reinsurance Brokers where he was the General Manager and Principal officer.

Ekem holds a Master of Commerce degree in Financial Economics, Bcom Degree in Economics and Finance (GZU) and Certificate of Proficiency in Short – term Business (IIZ). He is also an associate of the Insurance Institute of Zambia and Insurance institute of South Africa.
