An energetic Process Engineering professional registered with the Botswana Engineers Registration Board and a member of the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and UK’s Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. Kabo has 8 years’ experience in the design and operation of processing plants and has amassed experience in risk and hazard identification and assessment, operational excellence, stakeholder liaison, change management, process optimization and people development.

Kabo is a graduate of Chemical and Minerals Engineering from the University of Leeds in England. He is passionate about growing, developing and leading teams of young people who share a passion in entrepreneurial excellence. Kabo brings both local and international experience to Mukfin Botswana as well as diversity to the board by bringing practical ideas from the engineering field.
